Want to edit wordpress themes via editor wp-admin wordpress, but update button not visible and showing message “You need to make this file writable before you can save your changes. See the Codex for more information”
How to solve this problem ?
Change file permission (file attributees) folder “themes” to 777 that located in wp-content/themes, change via ftp upload like as Filezilla, right click folder themes—file attributes.. fill numeric value with 777 and Checklist -recurse into subdirectories->apply to all files and directories. Finish
